During the preparatory sprint stage of the first China Import Expo, the party, government, enterprises and institutions at all levels in Shanghai held meetings on the guarantee of the Expo. On September 21, after Lou Ting, general manager of Shanghai Diankezhi Public Transport Division, received the guarantee task, he immediately organized relevant personnel to hold an emergency meeting on the same day, making it clear that the normal operation of the medium-volume bus lines on Metro Line 17 and Route 71 must be guaranteed during the Expo, and 16 maintenance management and software and hardware engineers were selected from the department to form a powerful new guarantee team.

Due to the urgent tasks, high specifications and strict requirements of the support work, the support team has studied and revised the support plan many times from the actual combat.

On September 23, the preparation, validation and training of the guarantee plan were completed.

On September 28, materials, equipment, vehicles, personnel and funds were all arranged in place according to the guarantee plan.

With the full cooperation of 16 members of the support team, a carpet inspection of the software and hardware equipment of each system on site was carried out before September 30, and all the faults found in the first round were repaired.

Rail Transit Line 17 Zhuguang Road Station and Xujing East Station are the rail transit platforms closest to the Expo exhibition hall and with large passenger flow. The level of protection is level 1.

Engineers inspect the system, equipment and lines every day, and find hidden dangers within 1 hour.

The infield security team did not lose any of its outfield members. The [Smart Fire Fighting System] independently developed by Shanghai Electric Power Intelligence also contributed to the safety of Shanghai subway operation during the Expo.

The intersection of Gubei Road on Yan 'an Road is called the throat road by experts in the industry. Whether the 71 vehicles can pass through the intersection smoothly and arrive at the station on time depends on the bus signal priority control system at the intersection.

In order to ensure foolproof, on the basis of the original signal priority automatic control, the security team Chen Kaiyue, Zhang Fei, Qi Kun, Yuan Zhigang and others will take turns on duty 24 hours a day. During the shutdown period from 12: 30 p. m. to 4: 30 a.m., the on-duty team members will also conduct on-site inspection of equipment and lines.

One effort, one harvest, during the guarantee period, there was no abnormal queuing and congestion of No. 71 vehicles, which effectively ensured the punctuality rate of vehicles.

On November 10, although the first China International Import Expo came to an end as scheduled, the spirit of security for the electricist is still there.

Through this guarantee, not only the business ability of the team has been improved, but also an emergency support team has been tempered. In the future major support tasks, we will continue to be afraid of difficulties, shoulder heavy burdens and complete tasks.
