On December 4, 2018, the signing ceremony and the first exchange activity of the party building joint construction work between Shanghai Dianke Intelligent System Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Metro Maintenance and Guarantee Co., Ltd. were successfully held.

Dong Hui, Party Secretary of Shanghai Metro Maintenance and Guarantee Co., Ltd., Zhao Tianhong, Chairman of the Trade Union, relevant leaders of the Party committees of various professional companies and joint ventures, leaders and party members of the political work department of the headquarters, and the superior party committee of the Shanghai Electric Science Institute (Group) Co., Ltd. Party Secretary Zou Mengqi, Deputy Secretary Chen Hongjie, Deputy General Manager Wang Hong, and some party members of the Shanghai Electric Science Intelligent Party Branch participated in the event.

Party members and comrades attending the meeting first watched the video of General Secretary Xi's important speech at the Expo. Subsequently, the party building and joint construction units of both parties exchanged the safeguard measures made to ensure the safety, order and controllability of Shanghai's comprehensive traffic during the preparation and progress of the Expo, shared the advanced deeds among them, and summarized the traffic guarantee experience of major events.

At the subsequent signing ceremony of the joint construction of the party, the leaders of both sides delivered speeches.

Dong Hui, Secretary of the Party Committee of Shanghai Metro Maintenance and Guarantee Co., Ltd., pointed out that the party building and joint construction activities of both parties are very meaningful. The two units jointly undertake the important task of ensuring Shanghai's comprehensive transportation. Through in-depth technical exchanges and cooperation, facing the future, Shanghai Metro will be implemented. The core values of "responsibility first, safety and quality first, and teamwork first.

Secretary Zou Mengqi pointed out that this party building joint construction activity effectively responded to the requirements of the Party Central Committee on strengthening grassroots party building, and fully affirmed the party building joint construction activities of both parties. This activity is a useful attempt to improve the quality of party building and deepen party building exchanges. Shanghai Electric Power Intelligence will continue to strengthen party building, strengthen cooperation and communication with Shanghai Metro Maintenance and Guarantee Co., Ltd., and use party building joint construction as a starting point to ensure and promote the smooth implementation of the construction, operation and maintenance of Shanghai rail transit.

Before the meeting, Secretary Zou Mengqi led the party members to visit the exhibition hall of the group, introduced the development history, main business areas and innovative achievements of Shanghai Electric Appliance Science Research Institute (Group) Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Electric Intelligent System Co., Ltd., and put forward a bright vision of more cooperation with Shanghai Metro in the future, It is hoped that both companies will contribute more to the construction, operation and maintenance of Shanghai rail transit.

In the first exchange activity of party building and joint construction held at the same time, the two sides made in-depth exchanges and sharing on the current rail transit technology innovation in combination with their respective business expertise.

2018 Shanghai Smart City Construction "Smart Craftsman" and Chen Chao, Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Metro Maintenance and Guarantee Co., Ltd. Vehicle Branch, shared "Data-Driven-Transformation of Urban Rail Vehicle Maintenance Mode". The intelligent operation and maintenance system of Shanghai Metro has improved the operation and maintenance level of Shanghai Metro vehicles, and the big data platform of urban rail vehicles based on cloud technology has filled the gap in the domestic industry.

Dr. Shen Feng, chief engineer of Shanghai Electric Power Intelligent Public Transportation Division, also shared with the guests the construction and practice of Shanghai Electric Power Intelligent's intelligent subway, and introduced the technological innovation and solutions of Shanghai Metro in intelligent wisdom, intelligent service, intelligent maintenance and intelligent operation.
