According to the "Measures for the Identification of Key Software Enterprises and Key Integrated Circuit Design Enterprises in the Planning and Layout of Shanghai (Trial)" (Shanghai Development and Reform High Technology (2012) No. 126), the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Municipal Economic Information Commission, the Municipal Finance Bureau, The Municipal Commission of Commerce, the Municipal State Taxation Bureau, and the Municipal Local Taxation Bureau jointly identified 30 key software enterprises and integrated circuit design enterprises in the planning and layout of Shanghai from 2013 to 2014, the company was selected as "key software enterprises in Shanghai planning layout".
