On May 11, 2018, Shanghai Electric Intelligent System Co., Ltd., Southeast University, Shanghai Meihui Software Co., Ltd. jointly participated in the research, and Jiangsu High-speed Networking Company was the first contractor of the Ministry of Transport's informatization technology research project ''Jiangsu Province "Deepening Research on Key Technologies of Highway Network Operation and Service Intelligent Platform" successfully held an acceptance meeting in Beijing,The project successfully passed the acceptance of experts, and the research results reached the international level.

All participating units fully prepared the report materials, made concise reports on the three topics of this scientific research, and carefully answered the questions raised by the expert group.The expert group unanimously affirmed the substantial breakthroughs made in the technical research and integrated application of the project, and the innovative achievements made in mobile phone signaling and fixed detector data fusion and travel time estimation, traffic state prediction model and traffic index suitable for expressways, dynamic management of traffic facility resource library and life track tracking, etc., which provide effective support for the construction of intelligent platform of demonstration project.

Results:

Paper completed29articles, of which three major retrieval21articles, includingFive SCI Retrieval. Complete21 itemsPatent application and authorization. Software copyright10 items. Southeast University and Jiangsu Expressway Network Operation Management Co., Ltd. published a set of six volumes of "Smart Expressway" series, Southeast University published a volume of "Introduction to Transportation Frontier Technology", and Southeast University was responsible for writing "Road Network Operation Status Evaluation Data Processing and Service Based on Mobile Phone Signaling Part 1: Data Element" and "Part 2: Mobile Phone Signaling Collection" were adopted by the Ministry of Transport,listed as national standards.
