He mentioned that the construction of transportation power needs to give full play to the leading role of scientific and technological innovation and vigorously develop intelligent transportation. The technical route of vehicle-based automatic driving has its main characteristics and defects, and in order to solve these defects, the concept of vehicle-road integrated automatic driving and intelligent network-connected traffic is proposed. The integrated intelligent network transportation system is the ultimate development form of intelligent transportation, which mainly includes the intelligent network vehicle subsystem and the intelligent network road subsystem. Then it introduces the significance of the construction and development of vehicle-road integrated automatic driving and intelligent network transportation system. It is suggested that from the perspective of large transportation system, choose the road of "vehicle-road integrated development", integrate "simple car" and "smart road" system innovation technology, build intelligent network transportation system, and realize more safe, efficient and green intelligent road transportation system.

He put forward the thinking on the construction of intelligent travel ecosystem. Intelligent driving cars are the foundation of the era of shared cars, which will promote the transformation of Dalian's next travel service. The ecological development of intelligent travel will be promoted by the "interconnection and intelligence" of vehicles. He put forward the gradual mining process of valuable scenes in the gradual iteration process of intelligent network connection. Therefore, scenes are the source of intelligent network connection realization, and scene data is the core resource. At the same time, it also shared with us SAIC's foresight understanding of the scene and the strategy and development status of the scene library construction.

Mr. Chen Hailin, General Manager of Shanghai Songhong Intelligent Automobile Technology Co., Ltd., gave a speech on "Exploration and Practice of the Construction of Intelligent Networking Automobile Demonstration Zone. He introduced the construction, positioning and development plan of the national intelligent network automobile (Shanghai) pilot demonstration area.
