What did we rely on to win the title of excellent team?

 

China International Import Expo is one of the landmark projects of China's "Belt and Road Initiative" construction. Shanghai National Convention and Exhibition Center, as the host of this year's first exhibition, needs to ensure that the video surveillance of the expressway part of Hongqiao hub (core area) is fully covered and the system is running well. At the same time, the coverage of video surveillance, video image clarity, storage management and subsequent expansion should be improved accordingly.

 

In order to ensure the safety, solid and efficient of the whole construction process, this heavy burden has no doubt fallen on the intelligence of the electric department!

 

Time is tight and conditions are difficult, and we are still not afraid of challenges.

 

From the signing of the contract to the completion of the entire project, the implementation of the intelligent internal and external field of the Electric Branch carried out a two-pronged approach at the same time, and it took only 3 months to complete the entire project.

 

In order to ensure the completion of the project on time, with good quality and quantity, Electric Power Intelligence has set up a project management department in the field to form a matrix construction management system. In the field, it has established a quality control system led by the chief engineer and equipped with full-time quality engineers for each division project. It has also formulated a quality control process from equipment and materials to process handover to inspection and acceptance of partial projects.

 

In the outfield, in order to minimize the impact on the daily travel of citizens, most of the construction was arranged at night, except for the days when the construction could not be carried out due to typhoons and the complex on-site construction environment, it was completed within the limited construction period.

 

In the field, the quality and quantity of the equipment and materials on site are strictly guaranteed. After all installation and construction are completed, they must pass strict acceptance and do not miss any non-standard indicators. At the same time, how to avoid the interruption of video image caused by the change of video signal in the internal field engineering is also a big challenge for the intelligence of the electric department.
